Commit to 100 Workouts

This isn't about perfection, but it is about committing. Committing to show up for YOU. No one can do this for you, but you also don't have to do it alone. Starting and finishing has the power to CHANGE you... creating a discipline to complete 100 unique workouts will give you a sense of true accomplishment, and help you in so many other areas of your life.


On July 29th we started our first #100challenge, but every 20 days we will open it up again for anyone who is ready to commit. ... we are committing to do 100 unique workouts, each one only being 20-30 minutes each (so doable). A mix of cardio, weights, and mind/body training. 


When you join us, you commit to finish all 100 workouts, in your own timing. You go at your pace, but you commit that you finish, no matter WHAT life throws at you... you finish.


Step 1.

20 - 30 minute workouts, designed to be done in the morning... rock your workout and get on with the day.

100 unique workouts, so every day is different, no more doing the same workout over and over. 

Includes a tracker/journal to help you ROCK your week.

Step 2.

You don't have to do this alone.. The power in this challenge is doing it WITH others. Others that have a desire to become better and accomplish BIG things. When you commit, you will be joining a group of women, who are ready to BECOME BETTER. They will be committing with you, to show up for themselves, to encourage others, and to build community. Watching others show up daily, in the midst of chaos and life, is powerful and will help you to push through as well. Surround yourself with people who want to be BETTER and you will become better too.

Change your mindset

100 days isn't going to be walk in the park. There are going to be days that you won't want to show up and days you want to quit, which is why you must also work on your mindset. Within the group we will be doing personal development and going through the book 100 days to Brave. It is a simple devotional that will help you get your mind in the right place and help you finish this challenge strong.

How do I Join The Challenge?

Access to order the workouts, will start on July 1st for our VIP Discount coaches and normal coaches. VIP coaches will get early access to the workouts & the first 10 that sign up will also receive the 100 to Brave book for free, as a gift form me.

All others will a chance to order starting July 16th. In order to make sure that you have your materials in time, we will be sending out emails and links to order ON July 16th.
