1 - We got into photography because we love to be creative and love taking pictures, but for most of us, we’ve found that the business side is a lot of work, and has taken over our lives, so much that many nights, when everyone is in bed and we are up editing our latest session until the wee hours of the morning, we feel like we are sometimes drowning.
2 - We are moms and we want to be AMAZING moms, we want to spend time with our kids, but the demands of our clients seem to get in the way. We are gone on weekends and weeknights for shoots, and the time we do have with our kids, many times we are looking at the phone trying to answer emails and texts from our clients.
3 - We try to balance it all, but in the midst of being a business owner and a mom, we many times forget about taking care of ourselves.
4 - Our schedules are crazy and usually revolve around clients and kids activities, making it hard to focus on our own health, so working out and eating healthy seem to be the first thing to go, especially in busy season.
5 - We are emotionally and mentally exhausted most days, but we chug on because we love what we do, both in business and being a mom. We want to find balance but it seems impossible.
6 - We are fighters… because that’s what moms are… that’s what entrepreneurs are, but because we are fighting so hard, our health is paying for it.
7 - Our kids are growing up fast, and while you are doing all of this to make a better life for them, you realize that you are missing out on some big events and you need to figure out how to balance it all...Mom Guilt is real… and it sucks.
8 - We want to be successful in business, and being a mom, but it’s hard doing both.
9 - We want to be healthy and be a good example to our kids, but it’s a struggle to even cook a meal sometimes, much less eat healthy.
All of the above is how I was feeling for the longest time. Being in the photography business for 13 years, I very seldom had a weekend with my family, and was gone at least one night a week for a photo-shoot. I loved what I did, but I always felt out of balance and EVERYONE came before my health.
In 2014, after I had my son, I decided that I wanted to take back my life and find ME. I wanted to find a balance between being an amazing business woman, being a mom, and being healthy. I was in the worst shape of my life, the heaviest I had been, I had back pain from all the gear, and didn’t have the confidence anymore in who I was. I also knew that for the sake of my family and my health, things had to change. I had to find balance if I was going to survive.
I started to create boundaries in my business and carve time to work on eating healthy and getting a workout in. I also made sure that within all of this I found time to spend with my kids. I joined a group of people to help me reach my goals and stay accountable to, people who gave me tips on how to eat, what to eat, and encouraged me to continue working out daily. Because of this my life changed for the better. I learned the importance of taking care of myself and finding time for my family. I am happier. I am healthier. I am stronger, mentally & physically.
It was such a life change (for the good), that I swore I would help other mom’s figure out how to find themselves again… how to carve out time for themselves, their family, and their business. Now my heart is to pay it forward… because I didn’t think I could ever do it, and now that I have, I want to show YOU that you can do it as well.
I am looking for SERIOUS & MOTIVATED women who are ready to take control of their health and fitness… those that are willing to put time aside to focus on THEM, so that they can become the best mom & entrepreneur by making sure they are taken care of first.

1 - You will get a home based workout program from a top company. You can do these workouts from anywhere you choose, whenever you want via your computer, tv, or phone. Workouts vary in time from 22-30 minutes (for most of them - some are a little longer), and I will help you choose a program that will work best for you.
2 - Nutrition guides and help learning how to eat clean, as well as the why.
3 - Coach support from ME - I will be there at every step to answer questions and encourage you, as well as an online support group of like minded mamas.
I know you are busy... it's busy season.. but when is it not busy season? You HAVE to find time to get healthy, and I can help you do that. I can help you look at your schedule and make time... I can give you a workout program that you can do before the kids wake up, before your clients can get into your head.
