Oh friend, I totally get it. THE REALITY IS.....  We as women have many different hats. We are moms, working or stay at home... we balance activities, dishes, laundry, dinner, grocery shopping, our husbands!! We Try to raise good kids and be an example, we work hard, wether in the home or out of the home... and sometimes, trying to find time to figure out this whole "being healthy" thing is really hard. You are probably lucky if dinner gets on the table before 7:00, and most of the time it's microwaved or take out... and the times you try to be "healthy" by the end of it your brain power is gone and you break out the bottle of wine... does that ring out to anyone? Anyone?

It wasn't until I took a chance and asked a total stranger to help me figure out this eating thing. I was ready for change but I didn't know where to start. Everyone said, "eat clean"... what did that mean??? Thankfully this person took time out of her life to show me WHAT clean eating meant and HOW to do it.. and most importantly, the WHY behind it. You see, without the WHY I wouldn't have stuck with it.. but once I got the WHY, I understood how important eating clean really was.
 
My life has been changed... my families life has been changed, by the knowledge we gained from clean eating. We eat healthier, we feel better, and we function better. 

So now, I'm paying it forward. I'm sharing what I learned... and it's all FREE. Why? Because I know how hard it is doing this mom/business thing and I want to help you.
