My Core De Force Review

In November of 2016 I decided to try a brand new Beachbody program called Core De Force. This is a MMA Style workout and is one of the most exciting, fun, and intense workouts I've ever done. My husband and I, Jamie, both did the program, getting up early, before the kids woke up, every day. We followed the meal plan and the program pretty much to a T. I've been injured for awhile, so I wasn't able to give it all that I would normally, but I still showed up every day and pushed my body to it's max. 

 

Both of our results were amazing, and I have since done 2 more rounds with my challenge groups! 
 

While the program is not easy (most workouts aren't easy and shouldn't be), it was totally doable. It was challenging, but fun, so while some days were emotionally draining, I was always thankful and proud of myself for finishing the workout. 

This is one of those workouts though, that can be rough to finish without the support of a community of people around you. I'm not sure what it is, but it was hard for me to mentally push through. I am so thankful I had my husband, and the support of my challenge groups, because they all encouraged me to not quit, when at times I wanted to not do my workout that day. With support and accountability though, I was able to finish and could not be happier with the results. 

 

I didn't loose a lot of weight, but my core got crazy strong and I lost inches. IN 30 days I lost 10.4 inches!!! And the pictures show it! If you do this program, make sure you take before and after pictures, because I didn't see the change in the mirror... it was only in the pictures when I really saw the change.

We took the time to document our journey for each day!  As I said, it was an emotional journey, but one of the best 30 days of our lives. There were tears and shouts of joy!! Days that we KILLED it, and days where we laid on the ground and didn't want to move. But all in all, it was one of the best experiences of our lives and we are so glad we did this journey.

We both would love to do this again, and I realized this last weekend how much I missed it, when I got a chance to do a live workout with Jericho and meet her at one of Beachbody's super Saturday, and it was such a treat. It made me remember why I love this workout so much and I'm ready to get at it again!!
