Ready to fight for it?

Life is a mental battle that we have to fight every day. If you are anything like me, you have to daily battle kids getting sick, big work deadlines, finances, relationships - life seems to all go haywire at once, and it puts a toll on us. We have to learn how to fight through it all and fight for the things we want.. fight through the crazy and find balance. 

Did you know that taking time each day to workout can actually help you process through all of the crazy better? I know that sometimes, when you are right in the middle of it all, it seems impossible to find time for exercise, but I promise, it's worth it!!

I have found that exercise can teach you so many things that will help you in life. Pushing through a tough workout and fighting to complete it, will help you mentally prepare to fight through every day life... which is why i'm so passionate about helping people figure out how to be consistent in working out!

 

ARE YOU READY TO FIGHT FOR IT? 

This month we are going to be doing a 30 day workout program called Core De Force. The reason I love this particular workout is because for me personally it was a challenge physically (in a good way), but also mentally. I had to push hard mentally, and it helped me grow and be able to handle a lot of the crazy things going on in my life. 

I know that finding time to workout is hard, and I know life is crazy, but that's why it's so important to make time to do it! B

By joining our challenge, you get to be a part of a private facebook group, and join others fight for it as well. You will be encouraged and you will end up encouraging others. You will push your body and your mind... and at the end of the 30 days you will come out with a new look on life, and some major changes in your body as well.

I truly believe that when you can push yourself and commit to this 30 day challenge, it will change you in ways you never thought possible!!

Join me for 30 days of exercise, eating healthy, and accountability. I will walk with you every step of the way, to find a way to balance your crazy life and find a time for you. It might not be easy, but you know that life  never is…. but it will be worth it. 

This program is amazing and I’m challenging you to try it for 30 days! Here is what you will need to do!

 

  • Commit to working out every day. (45 minutes - 1 hour each day)

  • Commit to following the meal plan. (It’s real food, clean food, super foods)

  • Commit to drinking Shakeology each day (it’s a superfood nutrient dense shake that will help you feel energized, and help reduce cravings….I drink this every day myself)

  • Commit to being a part of a group of people who are doing this together… we will be doing the same workout each day, so you will have people alongside of you doing this together.
